    Lol I don't know why I think it's so funny when people hold giveaways hostage until they hit a certain amount of followers. Same with comments and the blog hops. We all know we do it to gain more followers yet for some reason we are supposed to pretend we don't? I think it's silly we are supposed to pretend that's not why we do all this :)

    Anywho, I'm a follower. I tend to read mostly YA that involves some form of paranormal element to it. Same with when I read adult books.

    I'm New GFC follower number 30. Something about myself... Well I love to read and have been an avid book-a-holic since I was about 4 and could read. My father taught me to read using his old comic books and the sunday newspaper comic strips. I learned to read fast when my father kept coming home late from work and I was aching to read those comics. I read so fast and so much that in school the teachers would give me additional books to read to keep me interested in class since I had usually already read through my text books. ;)

    As for me, I just started blogging like 5-6 weeks ago and I feel like I have a good routine going now. I have always loved reading. My favorite genres are: YA, fantasy, sci-fi, dystopians and anything psychology-related (that was my major in college), but I'll also read some survival/adventure, suspense, thrillers, historical fiction, memoirs, realistic fiction and non-fiction too! It's hard to label my reading tastes really, because I'm always looking for something different from my last read and I love variety!

    My name is April and I'm a fairly new book blogger myself (started in February!) so I know how exciting these milestones can be!I love all kinds of books but I have a penchant for the paranormal, mysteries, I LOVE witches for some reason (good or bad LOL) books that ratchet up the suspense so I can do nothing except read furiously just to get to that next page. I have a nook and it's my BABY. Seriously, I don't have kids but I have to keep my nook within my line of sight at all times otherwise I get nervous and think someone stole it or it broke or lost. Nope, better just to keep it next to me and know it's all safe and taken care of. lol

    I think I've rambled off your ear (or eyes) enough now probably! :)

    As for the "about me" bit.. Hm. I love reading YA novels, some of my favorites being the Hunger Games series and Lucas. I recently read How It Ends, and I definitely recommend giving that a try if you haven't already! Just be sure to keep a box of tissues nearby.
    And just a random fact, I think books are best if they can squeeze a few tears out of you! Whatever book makes me truly emotional deems itself as a winner to me.
